Verification Status
What are the benefits involved that come with being an Established Member?

Those with the Basic level of verification get to enjoy the main uses of Fortune Pay.
2. Legitimate
Legitimate members are those who have completed most of the steps in the verification process. They enjoy added perks in addition to the basic benefits and services of Fortune Pay.
3. Established
Established members are those who have completed ALL steps in the verification process. These members enjoy elite-level benefits and can truly maximize the use of Fortune Pay.
To move up in the Fortune Pay verification levels, we would require the following:
- A verified email address and phone number
- A verified address
- Government ID
Please prepare the following:

• TIN
• Driver's License
• Philhealth Card
Other Accepted IDs
• Student's ID
• Passport
• Voter's ID
• SSS ID
• Alien/Immigrant CoR
• NBI Clearance
• Postal ID
• PRC ID
• Police Clearance

• HDMF ID (Pagibig)
• Barangay Certification
Becoming a Legitimate or Established Fortune Pay user is a quick and easy process:
- Download the updated app.
- Be sure to have a valid Philippine government-issued ID on-hand for upload.
- Once account is activated, the ID verification process begins. Simply provide the information the app requires.
- Wait for confirmation via e-mail and the app.
Cash in and Cash out.
You can easily cash in to your FortunePay wallet through over the counter and online banking.
Over The Counter
Step 1
In the FortunePay App’s Dashboard select “Cash In”.
Step 2
Choose from the over-the-counter options.
Step 3
Enter the desired amount and select next.
Step 4
Go to your selected payment counter and present the reference number with your payment.
Step 5
You will receive confirmation via SMS. Check if the top up balance is credited.
Online Banking
Step 1
In the FortunePay App’s Dashboard select “Cash In”.
Step 2
Choose from the online banking options.
Step 3
Enter the desired amount and select next.
Step 4
Input necessary details needed in the app.
Step 5
Receive an SMS notification once your top up is credited.
How to Cash Out with FortunePay?
You can withdraw your FortunePay funds simply by following these quick steps:
Step 1
In the FortunePay App’s Dashboard select “Cash Out”.
Step 2
Choose from the Cash Out options.
Step 3
Select a Cash Out Partner.
Step 4
Input necessary details needed in the app and review your information.
Step 5
Enter your Transaction PIN. Once successful, present it to your selected Cash Out partner.
Transfer Money
How to Send Money Through FortunePay
Transfer money is made easy through FortunePay there are two ways to do this:
Via QR
1. Open your FortunePay app.
2. Tap on “Scan QR”
3. Tap on “Fund Transfer”
4. Have the recipient tap on “MY QR”.
5. Using your phone’s camera, scan the QR code of the recipient’s FortunePay account.
6. Input amount and click next.
7. If successful, confirmation will be sent via SMS.
Via Mobile Number
1. Open your FortunePay app.
2. Tap on “Send Money”
3. Select “Fortune Pay e-Wallet”
4. Enter mobile number of the recipient and click next.
5. Input amount.
6. Check your notifications for confirmation.
Shopping
Shopping is made easy with Fortune Pay. Just shop with any of our merchant partners and follow these steps:
1. After selecting the items to be purchased, line up at the counter.
2. Open the FortunePay app.
3. Tap on “Scan QR”.
4. Scan the merchant’s QR Code.
5. Input the amount to be paid.
6. Check your notifications for confirmation.
Pay Your Bills
FortunePay makes paying the bills very convenient. Paying your bills anywhere, anytime by doing these simple steps:
1. Open your FortunePay app
2. On the home screen, you will see the “Bills Payment” section.
3. Select the corresponding recipient of the payment.
4. Input the amount to be paid and other necessary details.
5. Check notifications for confirmation.
